Having trouble finding your feet in today's ever-shifting.....well, everything?
We can work together to help you regain balance.
Feeling a bit wobbly lately?
If you need to strengthen your immune system, resolve pain, alleviate anxiety and stress, improve sleep, release addiction, or find support for any acute or chronic condition, consider Chinese medicine, which has been supporting people in attaining optimal health, vitality and emotional balance for millennia.
Though I have only been in practice for the last 23 years of that time, I have been able to help people resolve many health problems, including some they had given up on, for example: chronic pain including diabetic and other neuropathy, migraine headache, joint pain, back pain as well as anxiety, depression, digestive problems, fatigue, insomnia, allergies, addictions and women’s reproductive health issues.
Because Chinese medicine works by awakening the body's innate capacity to heal itself, changes are gentle yet profound.
Acupuncture mobilizes the body’s own energy, Qi (chee), that flows in river-like pathways throughout all systems and organs. Think of Qi as something like electricity, but more. Qi is motive force that carries information and transformational potential.
In my practice, I use single-use sterile needles —photon stimulator (colored light) or pachi pachi (piezo-electric) for those who decline needles— and offer cupping therapy, as well as Chinese herbal medicine.
For those who live too far from my Sunny Brae office or prefer to stay home, distant sessions are an option, via Zoom or phone.
